the antagonists are the weapon x soldiers. the protagonists are the x men. the story is aimed at wolverine, his power is that he can regenerate and his bones are made of an unbreakable metal. his flaws are he can still feel pain and being made of metal he is vulnerable to magnets. the weakness of the weapon x soldiers are they are still human and have no super human ability. what draws you to the story is that you do not know why weapon x is hunting wolverine and you keep reading because you want to learn why 

layout of comic

the layout of the comic changes with the action if it is exiting then the panels are scattered around. if it is just making the story go it is organized. 

what type of drawing style is the comic

the style of drawing is realistic and 3d. the colors are darker because of the mood of the story. what i can glean is that the artist is trying to show that this comic isnt supposed to have any happiness in it.

platinum age: 1930's similar to japanese manga, comic book sales declined

Golden age: 1930's to late 1940's. mainstream  art form, first comic superhero.

Silver age: 1950's to late 1960's, superhero comics were in decline, major commercial peak of comic industry kids were targeted more

Bronze Age:1970's boom in non super hero or boarder line hero comics, would address serious problems in society

Modern Age: mid 1980's to present, characters became darker and psychologically complex, creators became better known
